What is the Travel Registry?
Cornell provides a secure registry system for faculty, staff, and students to record travel plans and contact information. It supports emergency communications and give access to Cornell's emergency travel assistance coverage while abroad.
Who should use it?
- Mandatory for all undergraduate and graduate students on Cornell-related business.
- Required for all staff to register their international travel on Cornell-related business.
- Faculty are strongly encouraged but not required to register unless traveling with students or leading international programs.
Why should I use it?
Should there be any emergency-- natural disaster, terror attack, or even an emergency at home-- this helps Cornell locate and contact you.
